Insurance Plans
PRIS, PLC participates with the majority of Commercial Insurers and Government-sponsored programs. Pre-authorizations are required by some plans and should be obtained prior to the appointment. Co-pays and deductibles are required at the time of service.
Worker’s Compensation
PRIS, PLC will accept approved Worker’s Compensation cases. Patient’s case worker or adjuster must provide the office with all necessary information prior to appointments being scheduled.
Self Pay
Self-pay patients are accepted, but still, require a referral from a primary care provider. Pay is expected at the time of service.
Commercial clients will be invoiced monthly with payment due upon receipt.
