PRIS, PLC is a 3rd party collection site for drug and alcohol samples. The sampling is required for compliance with the Department of Transportation regulations governing CDL drivers; for federal contractors or employees working for FAA, FRA, FTA, PHMSA, or USCG; and finally, for companies complying with the Department of Labor and Drug-free Workplace Program. Collections, whether urine, saliva, hair, or blood, are processed by a fully certified staff of collectors. Laboratory confirmation and MRO signoff are by the employer’s existing contract. Supplies for multiple laboratories and chain of custody forms are stored on-site for the convenience of our customers.
DOT pre-employed and return-to-duty physicals are available by appointment only.
Veterans Administration Disability Assessments for Traumatic Brain Injury and Musculoskeletal disorders are also by appointment only.
